Over the past few weeks Lucy has been very busy recording her new album at Sain Studios in Llandwrog, and early in July, the CD ‘Angel’ was released. Lucy is very pleased with the finished article which includes five songs in English and three in Welsh. She said “Although it was hard work at times, I really enjoyed the recording experience and having the opportunity to work with my singing coach, Mari Pritchard and the producer, Hefin Elis in the studio. I sincerely hope that everyone will enjoy listening to the CD”. Between recording sessions Lucy has appeared in numerous concerts and also entertaining passengers from the huge cruise ships which visit Holyhead during the summer months. She is looking forward to taking part in Rhys Meirion’s Gwyl Gobaith (Festival of Hope) at the end of August and also the Beaumaris Castle Musical Night in September. An exciting event takes place in November when she will appear on the same bill as renowned singer Faryl Smith at Venue Cymru Llandudno.
